A: When your present hosting provider can no longer satisfy the demands of your site, or if you experience continual network downtime, or if you are made to wait for hours for the client service staff to reply back to you, it may be smart to change your hosting provider, i.e. to migrate all the files for your web sites together with your databases from your current provider to your new provider. At Full System Integration Inc., we are aware that this can be hard & time–consuming. This is why we will perform all that for you for free!Our highly skilled technical team members will transfer your site content from your current web hosting provider to us. Our techs have a lot of experience migrating websites and can handle anything – from a customary WordPress–powered blog or Joomla^™ CMS–driven website, to a very complex, custom–built web application.

A: We strive to perform all web site migrations ASAP. However, we do not have a set time frame for website migrations. There are various factors that you have to take into consideration – the very size of your web site and the workload of our web site migration staff, etc. We always try to accomplish each migration in less than 48 hours. With smaller sites, our team typically manages to finish in less than 24 hours.

A: We will require the login details for your current hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the website’s name (domain name).

A: Customer privacy is indeed one of our chief concerns – this is why, both our payment page and our CP login page are secured with enterprise–grade Secure Sockets Layer certificates. We use safety measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and administrative methods to safeguard the data that we accumulate online. And we’ve also got a very detailed and rigid Privacy Policy, which outlines the types of information that we collect.

A: While we transfer your website, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your previous web hosting provider. After the transfer is completed, we will make certain that everything is functioning correctly and that the integrity of your content is not jeopardized prior to notifying you that the transfer is complete. After that, we’ll instruct you how to move the domain name over to your web hosting account with us and how to edit your DNS resource records.

A: While we transfer your website content, your hosting provider won’t be aware of the migration at all. We won’t get in touch with them in any way.

A: We can migrate your web site from any hosting provider or any Linux–powered web hosting platform so long as we can receive access to the Control Panel and there is FTP access available.The only sites that we can’t transfer are the ones based on closed–source software applications like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
